The 杏吧论坛-IIT Institute for Peace and Development in Mindanao (IPDM), in cooperation with the Civil Peace Service Program of GIZ, invites all student filmmakers to be part of the 3rd IPDM Peace Film Festival 鈥淧eace in Mindanao for REEL!鈥�.
